Atlanta Hobby wants you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience and your new products. If for any reason, you don't like or change your mind about an item you purchased from Atlantahobby.com, you may return New and Unused merchandise (with original contents and packaging) within 15 days of our shipping the original purchase for store credit or a refund to the original payment method; refunds to the original payment method will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. Any form of assembly, painting or alteration of any
material is considered to be used and non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please call 678-513-4450 with an explanation for the return. Atlantahobby.com will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will need to be written on the shipping box. Atlantahobby.com will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number marked on the outside of the shipping box. We recommend you use a shipper such as FedEx or UPS where the package can be tracked and insured. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. Final approval of any refund amount is based on final inspection from Atlantahobby.com.
NOTE: Atlantahobby.com is not responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping, unless the item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item has been damaged in shipping,
Refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the item
and realized the item has been damaged in shipping after you have opened the package, please contact Atlantahobby.com immediately
and either a call tag will be issued or the item replaced. Either way, Atlantahobby.com will replace the items
immediately at no cost to you within our 15 days of the origional purchase.
Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us.. If your package is in fact lost, we will either replace the package, credit your account for the full amount, or offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.
Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we must allow UPS, FedX or the U.S. Postal Service the full time allotted for delivery. The timetable for tracing lost packages: USPS Express Mail - 13 business days from the day the order was shipped USPS Priority Mail - 14 business days from the day the order was shipped USPS First Class Mail - 21 business days from the day the order was shipped. If your package was not delivered within these timeframes, please contact us for a Lost Package Claim Form. Please allow us up to 8 business days to communicate with the shipping carrier regarding your missing package. Please do not open a PayPal claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.
Defective and or Missing parts
If your item(s) contains defective or missing parts, please contact
us immediately. In most cases, the manufacturer has requested
that the customer contact them directly, especially if the defect is found after the item(s) has been used.
Airplanes, Helicopters and Cars will crash
We have no control over your assembly or flying/driving abilities. We have test flown most all of the aircraft we carry and the aircraft we carry all fly well when assembled and operated as instructed. If/when you crash the product will not be covered under any warranty.
