Overview:
Winner of several world aerobatic championships, the Yak-55 underwent several design changes in 1989 — most notably a shorter, more tapered wing — which resulted in the Yak-55M. ElectriFly has captured the unique look of the Yak-55M in a 50" wingspan model that flies like a much larger plane.
ElectriFly has captured the unique look of the aerobatic champion Yak-55M in a 51" wingspan electric ARF. There are few models based on the Yak-55M, so this plane will stand out at the field.
It's the ideal size and blend of sport-scale looks and aerobatic feel. Capable of almost unlimited aerobatics, the Yak-55M flies like a much larger plane and can handle winds that would affect smaller electric models. Yet the Yak is small enough to fit in most cars assembled and uses standard, economical electronics and batteries.
