help with copter that won't fly

Thanks in advance for any advice.  My stepson purchased a new rc helicopter, an E_Sky Honey Bee Cp2.  It would not take off, so he left it with me to see what I could do with it.  We do not know anything about these machines, but after looking at it for awhile it seemed to me like perhaps the blades were not moving correctly, so I ordered and replaced the onboard computer.  Still the unit will not take off.  I've tried adjusting it every way I could think of, but it just will not fly.  It comes close, lifting up on one runner, getting very light on its feet, but it will not lift off.  Does anyone know of a repair option available in the Atlanta area, a professional who might know how to fix it?  Sure would love to try and fly it!  Thanks again!
