You may be eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:

• Our Low Price and Satisfaction Guarantee is valid only for qualified Internet retailers.
• Qualified internet retailers must be listed on the product manufacturer's website as an authorized dealer.
• The Internet retailer must have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
• If atlantahobby.com.com is offering any special giveaways or customized combo outfits we cannot consider that an equal item unless all items are the same.
• Price match requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of purchase atlantahobby.com.
• Our Low Price Guarantee is valid for only one price match per order and is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, shipped to the same address.
• Our Low Price Guarantee is limited to a maximum of $100.00 per price match request.

Customers shipping outside the United States are required to email us prior to ordering for current shipping prices as the shopping cart will not yet calculate shipping correctly and most credit card companies can not yet properly handle address verification for international transactions. Note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Atlantahobby.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please open the box once your product arrives and check all of the parts. We cannot be responsible for missing or damaged parts after 10 days. Our return policy is simple; we will accept any items ordered from Atlantahobby.com within 10 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

Item(s) cannot be used and must remain in original packaging. Any form of assembly, painting or alteration of any material is considered to be used and non-returnable. If the item meets these requirements, a full refund, minus shipping cost will be refunded to the billing party. If your item has been opened and you simply do not like the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s), or it just wasn't what you expected, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee, as we are no longer able to sell the product as new. Again the item must be in brand new condition.

If your item has been damaged in shipping, refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the item and realized the item has been damaged after you have opened the package, please contact Atlantahobby.com immediately and either a call tag will be issued or the item replaced. Either way, Atlantahobby.com will replace the items immediately at no cost to you.

NOTE THAT REMOTECONTROLL PRODUCTS CRASH, AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER YOUR FLYING OR DRIVING ABILITIES OR THE CONDITIONS YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO FLY OR DRIVE IN. WE HAVE TEST FLOWN MOST ALL OF THE AIRCRAFT WE CARRY AND THE AIRCRAFT WE CARRY ALL FLY WELL. IF/WHEN YOU CRASH IT DON'T CRY TO US, NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON. WE ARE SORRY BUT CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CRASH IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. If your item(s) contains defective or missing parts, please contact us immediately. In most cases, the manufacturer has requested that the customer contact them directly, especially if the defect is found after the item(s) has been used. If you choose to not contact the manufacturer and wish to return the item(s) to Atlantahobby.com, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please call 678-513-4450 or email support@Atlantahobby.com with an explanation for the return. Atlantahobby.com will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will need to be written on the shipping box. Atlantahobby.com will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number marked on the outside of the shipping box. You are entirely responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost in transit, so we recommend you use a shipper such as FedEx or UPS where the package can be tracked and insured. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. Final approval of any refund amount is based on final inspection from Atlantahobby.com.

All new products purchased on atlantahobby.com are supplied with original manufacturer warranties. If you did not receive a copy of the warranty with your product and need it please drop us a note and we will send it to you.
