Shipping Times & Rate Information

We offer many shipping options that are displayed during checkout. We ship orders Monday - Friday.

Shipping Rates

Are calculated based on the price, weight, destination, number of boxes and physical size of your products. You can see your shipping charge in the checkout before you place your order. We try our best to ship the same day your order is received but with the volume of shipments we make we can only promise to ship in stock items within 48 hours. For example, if you choose "Next Day Air", your order will ship via Next Day Air when the product is available in our warehouse to ship. If you order next day air and we ship on a Friday your product will arrive on Monday. We do not ship next day air Saturday delivery unless you call and approve of the charges as Saturday delivery is quite high. We reserve the right to ship using the vendor of our choice. Free shipping is offered on select items based on the price of ground and is only valid on the lower 48 US states and includes Ground non-oversized packages.

Sometimes you will see the Free Shipping Icon and will see a shipping price in the checkout. This is the oversized amount with us still covering the Ground amount.

International Orders

We ship within the United States, and most other countries of the world. Outside of the US deliveries you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. ONCE WE SHIP AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A TRACKING # YOU BECOME THE OWNER OF THE GOODS AND AGREE THAT WE HAVE FULFILLED OUR OBLIGATIONS FOR THE SHIPMENT.

Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We are required by law to accurately list both the contents of the package, as well as the customs value of the package as the amount you paid for the order. Do not ask us to undervalue your shipment on the customs forms as this is against US law. If you either refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card and or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive. In addition, you are responsible for return shipping charges of any item(s) not allowed to be imported to your country.

Signature Waiver:

During checkout, you have the option to select that your shipment requires a signature on delivery or no signature is required. If you select No Signature is required the shipping carrier will be directed to deliver your package without a signature being required and you assume all responsibility for the package's delivery. This option is not available for International addresses, orders which include HazMat items, and when the payment method is Paypal. Note that ALL orders over $300 will require a signature. If you select Require Signature you will be required to sign for your package upon delivery. Note that on some orders depending on the dollar amount of the order we may require a signature for delivery.

Special Notes:

We will not ship to any address other than the cardholder's billing address unless it is prearranged. Additional processing time will be required for International orders. We do not ship to Hotels, Motels, Freight Forwarders or temporary residences and reserves the right to not ship at all. We have no official cut off for daily orders. We pull and ship orders all during the day. USPS picks up very early so if you place an order and choose USPS after 10:00 AM it will most likely ship the next day. UPS picks up at about 3:30 in the afternoon and we do our best to ship same day depending on order volume.

Approved Shipping Companies:

We reserve the right to choose the most effective form of shipping for your package. We only use couriers that have a tracking system or a delivery confirmation system such as FedEx and UPS. You will be able to go to their respective websites and track your package. For USPS, a "Delivery Confirmation Number" is issued, which will only allow customers to see when the order has shipped and when it has been delivered. At this time the USPS system is not capable of tracking the package like the other couriers mentioned, but you can visit their website for this information (www.usps.com).
