How to Order Online
We want to keep you as informed as possible and will send you several emails regarding the status of your order. You will receive emails for orders placed on our website in the following order
- You will be sent an email order confirmation shortly after you submit your order on our website. If you have not received this email in 15 min after placing your order check your SPAM folder or you could have entered an incorrect email address. If you still can't find the confirmation Email after 30 min please call us at 678-513-4450 to verify that the order has been placed and that you entered the correct email address.
- Once your order information passes from our web servers to our internal processing systems you will receive an email informing you that your order has been "Processed" and is in the process of being picked, quality inspected and packaged for shipping. At this time your online order will show Pending.
- Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification that contains a tracking number (FedEx or UPS) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS).
Phone and Mail Orders
If you place your order via the telephone or via mail, once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification that contains a tracking number (FedEx or UPS) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS) if you provided it to us during the order process.
