How to choose an RC body

A new body changes the look of your car or truck and replaces one that's worn out. Fit depends on wheelbase, width and body mounts.

Make sure it fits

• Model fit: many bodies are made for a specific vehicle. Check the "Fits" list on the product page.
• Wheelbase and width: for bodies that fit several vehicles, compare the listed wheelbase and width with your vehicle.
• Body mounts: some bodies need the mounting holes drilled, and some need different body posts.

Clear or painted

• Clear bodies are polycarbonate and are painted from the inside with polycarbonate paint, such as Tamiya PS, Spaz Stix or Pro-Line RC Body Spray. They usually come with window masks and decals.
• Pre-painted bodies are ready to mount.
