DJI Diagnostics, Repairs, and Software Upgrades

After you give us your requirements and needs, on receipt of your aircraft into our lab we provide a complete inspection of your systems to determine any issues and needed fixes. Once the inspection is complete our technical team will contact you via our RMN system and give you an estimate of the job and needed parts. If you approve, we will complete your request, update all firmware, re-calibrate your vehicle, and test fly it before returning to you.

 

Typical DJI Service times are 1-3 weeks

We do not perform warranty work. If you have DJI warranty work we can facilitate this for you.

 

The Process is simple

REQUEST A SRO #
For DJI repairs,  Email sales@atlantahobby.com and request an SRO ticket #. You will receive instructions via email within 24 hours on how to send the system in. Our Technicians will review your equipment and the issues you told us about and facilitate an estimate for the repair.  If you decide to move forward we will repair or update your equipment, test fly and return to you in great shape . If you choose not to have work done, we will return it to you + return shipping . 

Note that we only facilitate repairs, upgrades and maintenance on DJI systems. We do not work on any other brands.
