Overview:

The E-flite® Micro P-47 Thunderbolt 625mm is a “full-house” replica of the iconic WWII fighter that features first-in-class functional retracts and flaps to deliver an authentic warbird experience in more places and smaller spaces while being more affordable and convenient for intermediate to experienced pilots!

The E-flite® Micro P-47 Thunderbolt 625mm is scaled to be affordable and practical for more RC pilots to own and fly. It's also the first-ever micro-class warbird model to include functional flaps, retracts, and LED navigation lights! The brushless power system is compatible with popular 3S 600–850mAh batteries, plus the Spektrum™ receiver is equipped with enhanced AS3X+® and optional-use SAFE® Select technologies to make it one of the easiest to fly P-47 models yet.

The retractable landing gear with a steerable tail wheel makes it easy to taxi, take off from, and land on smooth surfaces, or you can leave the landing gear retracted to hand launch and belly land when flying over grass. It arrives factory-finished in a fully painted scale trim scheme and is ready to fly after quickly installing the one-piece wing with a single thumbscrew.

Built like a flying tank, the P-47 Thunderbolt packed the wallop of eight .50 caliber machine guns and could carry enough bombs plus rockets to wipe a ground target clean off the map. The E-flite® Micro P-47 Thunderbolt 625mm is slightly larger than UMX™ (Ultra Micro eXtreme) and other ultra-micro class models to better replicate the full-scale aircraft's design while including as many scale details as possible in the fully molded EPO airframe.

It's still small and light enough to fly in large yards, small parks, sports fields, and beyond – yet it also features incredible surface details, including molded-in panel lines, machine guns, and more. Best of all, it's the first “full house” micro class warbird model to include functional retracts, flaps, and LED navigation lights! The high-power brushless outrunner motor can drive the 4-blade propeller with a 3S 600–850mAh battery for everything from smooth and scale-like flight to better-than-scale vertical performance and aggressive aerobatics.

The factory-installed Spektrum™ receiver and Avian™ Smart Lite ESC deliver real-time telemetry data, including overall battery voltage, current, motor RPM, and more, to compatible AirWare-equipped transmitters – with Smart and non-Smart batteries. The receiver is also equipped with expertly tuned AS3X+® technology, giving you the smooth, locked-in feel of a larger model – even in some wind – along with optional-use SAFE® Select to make it even easier to fly.

The Micro P-47 arrives factory-finished with a premium, fully-painted plus decal trim scheme and mostly factory-assembled with a separate one-piece wing that can be installed or removed quickly and easily with a single thumbscrew. It all comes together to deliver an authentic – yet affordable and convenient – warbird flying experience you can't get with any other P-47 model!
