1/18 TXC-4M Extreme Crawler: Orange
TXC-4M™ Extreme Crawler (120074-1) Manual - English.
Traxxas gave the TXC-4M a molded monocoque chassis in place of a ladder frame, gaining torsional rigidity while cutting weight and keeping the battery and speed control low. Portal axles lift center ground clearance to 1.7 in / 43 mm and reduce torque twist, while locked steel-spool axles and a 25% overdrive front axle keep all four Stone Claw tires pulling through a 74.1:1 internal gear ratio.
Up front, a waterproof metal-gear 2265 servo with 75 oz-in of torque swings the wheels through a 60° steering angle with no servo saver. Triangulated 4-link suspension with lay-down, oil-filled aluminum GTM Pro shocks and licensed 1.3 in Method Race Wheels with 3-piece beadlocks finish the package under a clipless tube-frame body in Orange.
