The INJORA Aluminum 40mm Big Bore Shocks, Black, part number SCX24-179BK (Horizon INJSCX24-179BK), are a set of four oil-filled upgrade shocks for the 1/24 Axial SCX24 crawler. They measure 40 mm eye to eye with 9 mm of maximum travel.
Instead of the typical friction damping, these use shock oil and bladder seals for consistent rebound damping, and two spring rates are included so you can tune the suspension to your chassis.
Tunable Suspension UpgradeThreaded bodies and two spring rates
Threaded shock bodies allow quick preload adjustments, and the big bore design holds more oil for better performance. The caps, bodies and bottom caps are CNC machined aluminum and the shafts are black electroplated steel.
Shock oil is not included. INJORA advises adding only enough oil to give the inside a heavy coating rather than filling the body completely.
